Spring Valley

Forty-nine miles north of Phoenix city limits, just below the snowline of 4,000 feet is beautiful Spring Valley where the water table, so important in Arizona, is high. The name Spring Valley was derived from bubbling springs around the property. Here you’ll discover what you came to Arizona for – unbelievable and spectacular views, wide open spaces that let you see forever, clean fragrant air and your own rich garden soil that will grow anything.

In 1972 Les and Virginia Kyllo bought this property which was 320 acres of ranch land. With a lot of hard work and headaches the two completely developed what is now Spring Valley.

Spring Valley lies between the towns of Cordes Junction and Mayer on State Route 69, approximately three miles northwest of Interstate I-17. Spring Valley is an easy commute to and from Phoenix, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott Valley and Prescott, allowing residents to enjoy reasonably priced housing and beautiful views.

Spring Valley is a small community offering a variety of housing including manufactured and site built homes, senior citizen apartments and duplexes.
