beautiful Spring Valley where the water table, so important in Arizona, is high. The name
Spring Valley was derived from bubbling springs around the property. Here you’ll discover what

In 1972 Les and Virginia Kyllo bought this property which was 320 acres of ranch land. With
a lot of hard work and headaches the two completely developed what is now Spring Valley.
Spring Valley lies between the towns of Cordes Junction and Mayer on State Route 69,
approximately three miles northwest of Interstate I-17. Spring Valley is an easy commute to
and from Phoenix, Flagstaff, Sedona, Prescott Valley and Prescott, allowing residents to enjoy
reasonably priced housing and beautiful views.
